Laurel County, Ky. - Sheriff John Root is reporting that bailiff Patrick Harris along with bailiff Travis Napier arrested Shannon Wynne age 38 of Nantz R0ad, London on Thursday afternoon April 16, 2015 at approximately 1 P.M.
The arrest occurred in London after this subject was charged on a Knox County bench warrant of arrest charging assault – fourth degree – child abuse.
This subject was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
