Laurel County, Ky. - Sheriff John Root is reporting that Capt. Chuck Johnson arrested Heather McQueen age 31 of Barbourville Road, London on Thursday morning May 21, 2015 at approximately 8:40 A.M.
The arrest occurred in the parking lot of the Laurel County Detention Center in London after Capt. Johnson received a complaint from the detention center that there was an intoxicated individual in the lobby of the jail.
Officers located Heather McQueen in the passenger seat of a vehicle in the jail parking lot and conducted an investigation determining that she was under the influence.
Heather McQueen was charged with public intoxication – controlled substances and was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
