Complaint of an out of control, bloody male subject that had been trespassing - Laurel County

Laurel County, Ky. - Sheriff John Root is reporting that Deputy Larry Parrott along with Deputy Brandon Broughton arrested Logan Tincher age 19 of Chaney Ridge Rd., London on Tuesday afternoon June 2, 2015 at approximately 5:54 PM.

The arrest occurred off Lake Road, approximately 2 miles west of London after deputies received a complaint of an out of control, bloody male subject who had been trespassing at a residence there.

Deputies were also advised while enroute to that location that this male subject was now laying in the middle of the roadway there.

When deputies arrived at the scene they observed this subject sitting in the middle of the roadway and when deputies approached this subject he began yelling loudly and creating a disturbance in the area.

This subject told deputies that he had smoked methamphetamine earlier.

Following an investigation by deputies, this subject was arrested and charged with public intoxication – controlled substances; disorderly conduct – second degree; and criminal trespassing – third-degree.

Logan Tincher was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
