Disorderly arrest on Sally's Branch in Laurel County

Laurel County, Ky. - Sheriff John Root is reporting that Deputy Larry Parrott arrested Leslie Foister age 30 of East Sally's Branch Rd., London on Monday afternoon July 27, 2015 at approximately 4:45 PM.

The arrest occurred off Sally's Branch Rd., East, approximately 5 miles east of London after deputies were dispatched to a complaint that this subject was trying to tear a door off its hinges and break the front glass of a residence there.

As deputies were pulling up on the scene, this subject saw officers and fled on foot – officers were unable to locate this subject.

A short later deputies received information on the location of this subject, and deputies located this subject nearby and arrested him without incident.

During the arrest deputies located 2 Suboxone packages that this subject had in his possession.

Leslie Foister was charged with public intoxication – controlled substances; disorderly conduct – second degree; fleeing or evading police – second degree – on foot; possession of a controlled substance; also this subject was charged on a Bell County bench warrant of arrest for failure to appear in court.

Leslie Foister was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
