Clay County, KY - According to public jail records shortly after 9:00 P.M. Tuesday night, August 11, 2015 Thomas Daniel Miracle age 35 of Surgionsville, TN was lodged in the Clay County Detention Center on a murder charge.
Also according to jail records, Miracle's bond has been set at $750,000.00
