Laurel County, Ky. - Sheriff John Root is reporting that Sgt. Robbie Grimes along with Deputy Rick Cloyd arrested two female subjects on Wednesday evening August 19, 2015 at approximately 6:20 PM.
The arrests occurred off N. Stewart Rd., approximately 10 miles south of London after deputies were dispatched to a complaint of an assault there.
When deputies arrived at the scene, they learned that allegedly 2 female subjects got into a physical altercation at the residence and had apparently both assaulted each other. The incident occurred at one of the female subjects boyfriend's residence.
Arrested was:
Maddie McCoy age 25 of Corbin Manor Apartments, Corbin charged with assault – fourth degree. In addition, this subject was charged on a Knox County bench warrant of arrest for failure to appear in court on numerous traffic violations.
Anna Jesse age 26 of North Stewart Rd., Corbin charged with assault – second-degree.
Both individuals were lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
