Laurel County, KY - Sheriff John Root is reporting that Deputy Kyle Gray along with Deputy Travis Napier, Deputy Jamie Grimes, and Deputy Brandon Broughton arrested Jason Turner, age 35, of Coal Hollow Rd., Manchester, on Sunday evening, September 27, 2015, at approximately 7:33 PM.
The arrest occurred off of Arthur Ridge Road, approximately 7 miles north of London after deputies were dispatched to a complaint that a male subject was trying to break into a residence there.
When deputies arrived at the scene, they observed an unidentified male subject run from the front of the residence into the field behind the residence.
When deputies located this subject and conducted an investigation, they determined that apparently this subject had tried to make entry into the residence there.
Deputies located a window that had been broken out under the carport.
Jason Turner was charged with burglary – second-degree; criminal trespassing – second-degree; and public intoxication – controlled substances and was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
