Clay County, KY - Sheriff Kevin Johnson is reporting that Chief Deputy Chris Curry arrested Lucy Smallwood age 39 of Manchester, Friday afternoon, October 02, 2015.
Chief Deputy Curry was dispatched to Mrs. Smallwood's residence after dispatch received a call from Mrs. Smallwood stating that someone was trying to get into her residence and cause harm to her.
When Deputy Curry arrived on the scene, during his investigation he observed that Mrs. Smallwood appeared to be under the influence and no one was at her residence nor were there signs of anyone trying to cause harm to her.
Mrs. Smallwood was arrested by Deputy Curry for Falsely Reporting and Incident and lodged in the Clay County Detention Center.
