Fight in progress complaint - Laurel County


Laurel County, KY - Sheriff John Root is reporting that Deputy Kyle Gray along with Deputy Rick Cloyd arrested two individuals on Sunday evening October 4, 2015 at approximately 6:05 PM.

Deputies were dispatched to a fight in progress where allegedly 10 persons were involved in --off Litton Town road, approximately 3 miles north of London.

When deputies arrived at the scene they learned there had been a confrontation there between neighbors. At least one subject there had locked himself inside a residence and upon exiting his residence created a disturbance there.

Allegedly, during the confrontation prior to law enforcement arrival, some individuals had been pepper sprayed by involved individuals.

Arrested was:

Shannon Hoskins age 30 of Litton Town Rd., East Bernstadt charged with public intoxication – controlled substances and disorderly conduct – second-degree.

Nikki Reed Hoskins age 27  of Litton Town Rd., East Bernstadt arrested on two warrants – a Laurel County bench warrant of arrest charging failure to appear in court on charges of operating on suspended or revoked operators license, operating a motor vehicle under the influence, and contempt of court. Also, this subject was charged on a Laurel County bench warrant of arrest charging failure to appear in court on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence, and operating on suspended or revoked operators license.
