Laurel County, KY - Sheriff John Root is reporting that Deputy Josh Scott arrested Travis Kelly, age 34, of Wise Owl Rd., Keavy on Tuesday afternoon, October 20, 2015, at approximately 12:15 PM.
The arrest occurred off of Wise Owl Road, approximately 5 miles south of London after Deputy Scott was dispatched to a disturbance call there.
When Deputy Scott arrived at the scene, he located this subject in the front yard of the residence there determining that he was under the influence.
Travis Kelly was charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place and was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
