(Nicholasville, Ky.)— On November 6, 2015, at approximately 3:00 p.m., the Kentucky State Police Electronic Crime Branch, assisted by the Jessamine County Sheriff’s Dept. and the Federal Bureau of Investigation, arrested Willie R. Hubbard Jr., 34, on charges related to possession of matter portraying a sex performance by a minor.
The KSP Electronic Crime Branch conducted a joint investigation with the FBI involving Hubbard’s online activities.
The investigation resulted in the execution of a search warrant at Hubbard’s residence on November 6, 2015. Equipment used to facilitate the crime was seized.
Hubbard is currently charged with 50 counts of possession of matter portraying a sex performance by a minor. He was lodged in the Jessamine County Detention Center.
