Laurel County, KY - Sheriff John Root is reporting that Sgt. Larry Parrott arrested Justin Merritt age 20 of McFadden Cemetery Road, London early Friday morning, November 13, 2015 at approximately 4:57 A.M.
The arrest occurred off Rocky Branch Road, approximately 4 miles south of London after the subject was charged on three Laurel County warrants of arrest and charging assault – fourth degree; criminal mischief – first-degree; terroristic threatening third-degree; criminal mischief first-degree; and terroristic threatening – third-degree.
Justin Merritt was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
