Laurel County, KY - Sheriff John Root is reporting that Deputy Rick Cloyd arrested Brian Harris age 34 Of East Hwy. 3094, East Bernstadt on Friday night December 4, 2015 at approximately 6:49 PM.
The arrest occurred off KY 490 in northern Laurel County after this subject was charged on a Clay County bench warrant of arrest and charging failure to appear in court regarding charges of driving on DUI suspended license and other traffic violations.
This subject was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
