Laurel County, KY - Sheriff John Root is reporting that Deputy Brandon Broughton along with Deputy Rick Cloyd and Sgt. Robbie Grimes arrested three individuals on Philpot Road, approximately 3 miles south of London on Thursday afternoon, January 7, 2016, at approximately 4:21 PM.
Deputies were dispatched by Laurel 911 to a domestic complaint. When deputies arrived at the scene and conducted an investigation, they learned that allegedly a brother and sister had been drinking and fighting all day. Both individuals had minor cuts and bruises.
Arrested was Lloyd Saylor, age 57, of Nashua, New Hampshire, charged with public intoxication – controlled substances and assault – fourth degree – domestic violence.
Also arrested was Henrietta Brown, age 60, of Philpot Rd., London, charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place and assault – fourth degree – domestic violence.
A third subject at the residence was also arrested and was identified as Janice Wilson, age 49, of Bledsoe, Kentucky, charged with alcohol intoxication.
All three individuals were lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
