Laurel County, KY - Sheriff John Root is reporting that Sgt. Robbie Grimes arrested Daniel Caldwell, age 33, of Highway 3443, Annville, KY., on Thursday afternoon, January 14, 2016, at approximately 3 PM.
The arrest occurred off KY 3434 approximately 3 miles north of London after Sgt. Grimes was dispatched to a complaint of a male subject passed out in a vehicle at a business there.
When Sgt. Grimes arrived at the scene and conducted an investigation, he determined that this subject was under the influence of drugs.
