Laurel County, KY - Sheriff John Root is reporting that Deputy Rick Cloyd arrested two individuals on Sunday night, January 17, 2016, at approximately 8:29 PM.
The arrest occurred off Robert E Cox Road, approximately 9 miles south of London after two individuals there were charged on Laurel County warrants of arrest.
Arrested was: Amy Smallwood, age 38, of Hicks Lane, London, charged on a Laurel County warrant of arrest charging terroristic threatening – third-degree and a second Laurel County warrant of arrest charging assault – fourth degree. In addition, this subject was charged on a Laurel County bench warrant of arrest for failure to appear in court regarding a charge of public intoxication – controlled substances and contempt of court.
A second subject arrested was identified as: Theodore Napier, age 51, of Keck Baptist Church Road, Gray, Kentucky charged on a Laurel County warrant of arrest charging terroristic threatening – third-degree and a second Laurel County warrant of arrest charging assault – fourth degree.
