Laurel County, KY - Sheriff John Root is reporting that Deputy Kyle Gray arrested a Clay County woman after being dispatched to conduct a welfare check at a residence regarding two small juveniles.
Arrested was:
Tiffany Leann Gibson age 30 of Hobbs Hollow Road, Manchester on Tuesday night January 19, 2016 at approximately 7:00 P.M.
The arrest occurred off Sasser road, approximately 8 miles east of London.
Deputy Gray arrived at the scene and following his investigation arrested this subject charging her with disorderly conduct – second-degree, public intoxication, and resisting arrest.
In addition, while in jail being processed this subject was found to be in possession of a small clear baggie containing a crystal looking substance believed to be methamphetamine. This subject admitted to smoking meth a couple days earlier.
Tiffany Gibson was also charged with possession of a controlled substance – first-degree – first offense – methamphetamine. This subject was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
