LONDON, KY – On Thursday, February 11, 2016, at approximately 5:07 AM, Kentucky State Police Post 11, London was notified of a residential structure fire with a fatality on East HWY 577 in Clay County. Clay County Coroner Danny L. Finley has released the victim's identity.
Coroner Finley has identified the remains as being that of 79 year old resident occupant Delmar C. Edwards.
