Laurel County, KY - Sheriff John Root is reporting that Deputy Josh Scott along with Deputy John Inman and Detective Kevin Berry arrested Lisa McJennett age 26 of Boone Trail, London on Wednesday afternoon February 17, 2016 at approximately 1:58 PM.
The arrest occurred off Boone Trail, approximately 4 miles south of London after deputies were dispatched to a domestic complaint there.
When deputies arrived at the scene they located a suspect vehicle backing out of the driveway there and conducted a traffic stop. The driver immediately exited her vehicle confronting the investigating deputies and created a disturbance in the area there.
This subject failed to comply with deputies lawful orders and approached deputies in an aggressive confrontational manner and following a short scuffle with deputies was taken into custody.
This subject was charged with disorderly conduct – second-degree and resisting arrest and was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
