Laurel County, KY - Sheriff John Root is reporting that Deputy Josh Scott arrested Willie Hubbard, age 26, of Line Creek Rd., Lily, on Wednesday morning, March 2, 2016, at approximately 10:34 AM.
The arrest occurred off Lily School Road, approximately 5 miles south of London after Deputy Scott was dispatched to a complaint that a male subject was inside a residence that was not his residence and was not supposed to be there.
When Deputy Scott arrived at the scene, he located this male subject in the hallway inside the residence. An investigation was conducted and the homeowner advised that this subject had been advised to not be in the residence. This subject stated he did not know who owned the residence and was checking it out to rent it.
Willie Hubbard was charged with criminal trespass -- first-degree -- and was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
