(Richmond, KY) — The Kentucky State Police, Richmond Post is investigating an incident that injured a Madison County Employee on Tuesday March 8, 2016.
KSP was called at approximately 1:45 pm, after a Madison County Highway Department Employee suffered non-life threatening injuries on Meadowbrook Road. According to the victim, he was assaulted by the passenger of a dark blue F-150 that was driving north, while he was putting up a speed limit sign.
The initial investigation indicates that the passenger in the pick-up truck stuck a long object out the window and hit him in the legs, causing him to fall to the ground.
The ongoing investigation is being conducted by KSP Trooper Ken Bradley. He is asking for the public’s help in finding the vehicle involved and the individuals responsible for the assault.
