Laurel County, KY - Sheriff John Root is reporting that Deputy Rick Cloyd was dispatched to a complaint of a male subject walking out into traffic.
Arrested on Thursday evening March 10, 2016 at approximately 5:49 P.M. was:
Marcus Couch age 57 of Tom Towne Road, Corbin, KY.
When Deputy Cloyd arrived at the scene he observed this subject creating a traffic hazard, and noted in his arrest report that the subject had been warned numerous times to not be out in traffic. On one occasion Deputy Cloyd took the subject home to get him out of the roadway.
Marcus Couch was charged with disorderly conduct – second-degree and was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
