Laurel County, KY - Sheriff John Root is reporting that Deputy Kyle Gray arrested a male subject of Bray Road, London on Sunday night, March 13, 2016, at approximately 7:10 PM.
Arrested was Billy Ray Moore, age 52. The arrest occurred off J. Chestnut Road, approximately 10 miles south of London after this subject was found outside a residence creating a disturbance by yelling at neighbors, and was found staggering around in the yard.
Billy Ray Moore was charged with disorderly conduct – second-degree and public intoxication and was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
