Laurel County, KY - Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Deputy Kyle Gray along with Deputy Jamie Grimes arrested Jessica Ann Collette age 33 of Cameron Drive, Gray, Ky. on Tuesday night March 15, 2016 at approximately 7:10 PM.
The arrest occurred off Douglas Boulevard, approximately 8 miles south of London after deputies were dispatched to a complaint that a daughter was fighting with her mother.
When deputies arrived at the scene they observed the daughter outside the residence very irate and yelling and cursing toward the neighbors there. Deputies determined that this subject was under the influence – she admitted taking Suboxone and unknown pills earlier.
Deputies conducted an investigation and learned that this subject had allegedly been fighting with her mother and had struck her leaving a large red mark on her neck and face.
When deputies arrested the daughter, she attempted to fight with deputies and to run away.
Jessica Ann Collette was charged with assault – fourth degree – domestic violence; disorderly conduct – second degree; public intoxication – controlled substances; and resisting arrest and was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
