Laurel County, KY - Sheriff John Root is reporting that Sgt. Larry Parrott along with Deputy Keith Dinsmore arrested a male subject of Campground Rd., Corbin, early Thursday morning, March 17, 2016, at approximately 3:03 AM.
Arrested was James Spalding, age 58. The arrest occurred off Campground Road, approximately 8 miles south of London after deputies were dispatched to a possible overdose complaint there.
Upon arrival, deputies learned that this subject had not taken drugs but was intoxicated. In addition, deputies learned that this subject had been involved in a domestic assault where allegedly he had grabbed his wife by her arms leaving scratches and red marks there.
