Laurel County, KY - Sheriff John Root is reporting that Deputy Rick Cloyd along with Sgt. Robbie Grimes arrested a female subject of US Highway 25 W, Corbin, on Thursday night, April 7, 2016, at approximately 8:43 PM.
Arrested was Ashley Rayburn, age 20. The arrest occurred off US 25W, approximately 11 miles south London after deputies were dispatched to a complaint that a subject was refusing to leave a business.
When deputies arrived at the scene and conducted an investigation, they learned that this subject had allegedly assaulted her grandmother, her uncle, and her aunt during a child custody confrontation.
Ashley Rayburn was charged with three counts of assault – fourth degree – domestic violence and was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center. Photo attached is courtesy of the Laurel County Detention Center.
