Laurel County, KY - Sheriff John Root is reporting that Deputy Kyle Gray arrested a male subject of S. Laurel Rd., Apartments, London, on Tuesday night, April 12, 2016, at approximately 9:20 PM.
Arrested was Christopher Clark, age 30. The arrest occurred at a service station located 6 miles south of London on US 25 after Deputy Gray was dispatched to a complaint of a male subject at a service station creating a disturbance and refusing to leave.
When Deputy Gray arrived at the scene and conducted an investigation, he found this subject making contact with his ex-wife who has an active EPO/DVO against him.
Deputy Gray also learned that the subject had been inside the business and had been asked to leave by store management but refused to leave the property.
Christopher Clark was charged with violation of a Kentucky EPO/DVO; disorderly conduct – second degree; and public intoxication – controlled substances and was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
