Laurel County, KY - Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Sgt. Larry Parrott arrested Annette Boggs age 48 of Moriah Road, London on Friday night April 22, 2016 at approximately 11:08 PM.
The arrest occurred off Keller Road approximately 4 miles west of London after Sgt. Parrott was dispatched to investigate a shoplifting complaint at Dollar General store on Keller Road.
Upon arrival Sgt. Parrott learned that this subject had allegedly concealed over $96 worth of goods in her purse and attempted to leave the store without paying.
Annette Boggs was charged with theft by unlawful taking – shoplifting and was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
