Four arrested by LSO over weekend on unrelated warrants
Laurel County, KY - Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Deputy Rick Cloyd along with Sgt. Brett Reeves arrested 4 individuals on bench warrants of arrest this past weekend in unrelated arrests.
Arrested was:
Billy Cotton age 42 of Warmwood Ln., London arrested on Saturday night April 30, 2016 at approximately 9:17 PM in London charged with failure to appear in court in Madison County on a charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence. In addition, this subject was charged on a Laurel County bench warrant of arrest for failure to appear in court on a charge of operating on suspended or revoked operator's license.
Joseph Helton age 21 of Lily Rd., London arrested on Sunday afternoon May 1, 2016 at approximately 2:18 PM arrested 1/2 mile south of London on Redbird Lane charged on a Laurel County bench warrant arrest for failure to appear in court on numerous traffic violations. In addition, this subject was charged on a Laurel County warrant of arrest charging criminal trespassing – second-degree and theft by unlawful taking. Also this subject was charged on a Laurel County bench warrant of arrest for failure to appear in court on three counts of theft by unlawful taking – auto; also this subject was charged on a Laurel County bench warrant of arrest for failure to appear in court on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia.
Terry Lynch age 21 of Echo Valley Road, London arrested off Redbird Lane 1/2 mile south of London on Sunday afternoon May 1, 2016 charged with failure to appear in court on the motion to revoke probation regarding a charge of theft by unlawful taking. In addition, this subject was charged on a Laurel County bench warrant of arrest for failure to appear in court on a charge of criminal trespassing – first-degree.
Kristen Lynch age 18 Of Redbird Ln., London arrested 1/2 mile south of London off Redbird Lane on Sunday afternoon May 1, 2016 at approximately 2:34 PM charged on a contempt of court warrant from Laurel County.
All four individuals were lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
