Laurel County, KY - Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Deputy Josh Scott arrested Caylee Hilton age 21 of Armadale Ave., Middlesboro, Ky. on Wednesday afternoon May 4, 2016 at approximately 12:47 PM.
The arrest occurred at Walmart near Corbin in southern Laurel County after Walmart's loss prevention team detained this subject.
When Deputy Scott arrived at the scene and conducted an investigation he learned that this subject had allegedly been observed attempting to leave the store without paying for items valued at $26.88. In addition, this subject had been told to not be on Walmart properties regarding prior shoplifting incidents.
Caylee Hilton was charged with theft by unlawful taking – shoplifting and criminal trespassing – third-degree and was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
