Laurel County, KY - Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Deputy Kyle Gray and Sgt. Robbie Grimes arrested a Clay County woman on Wednesday night May 11, 2016 at approximately 7:25 PM.
Arrested was: Terri Lynn Osborne age 39 of Highway 149 apartments, Manchester, KY.
The arrest occurred on East Laurel Road, approximately 9 miles east of London after deputies observed a Toyota traveling at an apparent high rate of speed, and crossing the center line 4 times going into the opposing lane. The vehicle then pulled into a service station and back onto East Kentucky 80 almost traveling into a ditch there.
Deputies conducted a traffic stop determining that this subject was under the influence – this subject stated she had taken Suboxone, Neurotin, Clonopin, and Hydrocodone.
Terri Lynn Osborne was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence – first offense and reckless driving. In addition, this subject was charged on a Laurel County bench warrant of arrest for failure to appear in court on charges of theft by unlawful taking – shoplifting.
Terri Lynn Osborne was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
