London, Ky. (June 08, 2016) – On Tuesday, June 07, 2016, Kentucky State Police Detectives from Post 11, London arrested Jennifer L. Summers, 46, of Nancy, KY on charges related to possession and distribution of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor.
Summers was arrested as the result of an undercover Internet Crimes against Children investigation. Detective Justin Oliver began the investigation after discovering the suspect sharing images of child sexual exploitation online.
The investigation resulted in the execution of a search warrant at Summers’ residence. Equipment used to facilitate the crime was seized and will be taken to KSP’s forensic laboratory for examination.
Summers was arrested at her residence and lodged in the Pulaski County Detention Center on charges of Distribution of Matter Portraying Sexual Performance by a Minor, 1st Offense and Tampering with Physical Evidence.
Detective Oliver is continuing the investigation and was assisted by Detectives from Post 11.
