Laurel County Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Deputy Tommy Houston arrested Joshua Price age 29 of Engle Ridge Rd., Lily on Tuesday night June 7, 2016 at approximately 10:51 PM.
The arrest occurred outside Walmart in southern Laurel County after Deputy Houston was dispatched to a complaint that a male subject was passed out in front of the store.
When Deputy Houston arrived at the scene and located this subject and revived him, an investigation was conducted and it was determined that this subject was under the influence. This subject stated he had taken Suboxone.
Joshua Price was charged with public intoxication – controlled substances and was lodged in the Laurel County detention Center.
