Laurel, County, KY - Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Deputy Shawn Jackson along with Deputy Rick Cloyd arrested a California man on Saturday night June 18, 2016 at approximately 10:10 PM.
Arrested was Matthew Reisenweber age 23 of Grass Valley, California.
The arrest occurred in a motel lobby in southern Laurel County after deputies were dispatched to a male subject in the lobby creating a disturbance, spilling coffee, and stumbling around and appeared to be under the influence.
When deputies arrived at the scene and conducted an investigation they noted that this subject had slurred speech and was having trouble standing without falling. This subject stated he had taken Suboxone. This subject didn't even know which room he was registered to.
Matthew Reisenweber was charged with public intoxication – controlled substances and was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
