Laurel County, KY - Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Deputy Kyle Gray arrested a Buckhorn, Kentucky man on Monday night July 18, 2016 at approximately 8:38 PM.
Arrested was John Thomas Spencer age 35 of Rosey Lane, Buckhorn, Kentucky.
The arrest occurred on White Oak Road, approximately 7 miles west of London after this subject who was driving a 1999 Lexus was determined to be driving under the influence following an investigation conducted by Deputy Gray.
John Thomas Spencer was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence – first offense and other traffic violations and was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
