Manchester, KY - According to jail records a Clay County Constable was arrested and lodged into the facility Wednesday morning July 27, 2016.
Sources tell ClayCoNews that Constable Donald Watson age 49 of Manchester, KY was allegedly selling Vidalia onions for the Shriners and is being accused of keeping the proceeds for himself.
Jail records indicate that Watson was booked into the Clay County Detention Center at 10:33 this morning on a theft charge.
The Clay County Sheriff's Office is listed as the arresting agency.
