Manchester, KY (October 4, 2016) - On Tuesday, October 04, 2016 at approximately 7:20 AM, Kentucky State Police Post 11 London, received a report of a shooting with an injury that had occurred on Curry Branch Road in Clay County.
Trooper Derick Combs arrived on scene and determined that Frederick J. Feltner, 36, of Manchester had been shot by Cora C. Turner, 76, of Manchester during an altercation that had taken place at Turner’s residence.
Feltner was transported to the Manchester Memorial Hospital where he is being treated for minor injuries.
No arrest has been made at this time. This investigation will be presented to the Clay County Grand Jury upon completion.
Trooper Combs is continuing the investigation. He was assisted at the scene by Troopers from Post 11, Clay County Sheriff’s Office and Clay County EMS.
