Laurel County, KY - Sheriff John Root is reporting that: On Monday evening October 17, 2016 Deputy Travis Napier was dispatched to a complaint of a male subject laying on railroad tracks.
When Deputy Napier arrived at the scene he located this subject laying on the tracks, and he awakened this subject and detected a strong odor of alcoholic beverages emitting from this subject.
Arrested was:
Anthony Vaughn age 42 of Old Crab Orchard Rd., London on Monday evening October 17, 2016 at approximately 5:12 PM.
The arrest occurred off North Laurel Rd., approximately 2 miles north of London after Deputy Napier was dispatched and arrived at the scene of the complaint.
Anthony Vaughn was charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place and was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
