COOL: U.S. Appeals Court Rejects Preliminary Injunction Request

USCA (March 31, 2014) - In a unanimous decision, a three judge panel of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit has denied plaintiffs' request for a preliminary injunction in a lawsuit seeking to halt the U.S. country of origin labeling (COOL) program.

(ELKTON, MD) 03/31/2014 – Maryland State Police recovered more than 50 guns in a Cecil County home late last week and are investigating further to determine if the guns were part of an illegal fencing operation that supplied money for drugs in exchange for the stolen property.
