Better Business Bureaus (BBB) across the country are seeing a rash of reports of ‘ring and runs’ on cell phones.

(FRANKFORT, Ky.) – The Kentucky State Police is warning cell phone users to be aware of a new scam called “The One-Ring Scam.”
