Janet Frazier Couch, age 52 of Manchester departed this life on Friday, November 4, 2016 at the Baptist Health Hospital in Corbin, Kentucky. She was born on Thursday, July 9, 1964 in Manchester to the union of Frank and Ivora Wilson Frazier. She worked for the Kentucky State Department and was affiliated with the Church of God.
She leaves to mourn her passing her son: Samuel Franklin Couch, and these brothers and sisters: Gail Westerfield, Daisy Thompson, Pat Collins, and Randy Frazier, as well as 6 nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents; Frank and Ivora Frazier.
Funeral Services for Janet Frazier Couch will be conducted on Sunday, November 6, at 2 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel. Bro. William Hugh Hudson will be officiating. Burial will follow in the Frazier Cemetery in the Frazier Road Community.
Visitation will be held on Sunday after 1 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel.
Arrangements are entrusted to the Rominger Funeral Home.
