Zelda Stewart Garrison, 90, of Oneida, KY, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, November 11th, at the Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital in Somerset.
Zelda was born in Oneida, KY on April 14, 1927, a daughter of the late Sylvania (Spurlock) and Boyd Stewart.
Zelda is survived by her daughters: Josephine Bowling of Oneida, Audrey Wilson of Manchester, Mary (Wayne) Byrd of Manchester and Pauline (Charles) Davidson of Hamilton, OH.
She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents and her husband, Zelda was preceded in death by the following sons and daughters: Eugene Stewart, Lonnie Stewart, Michael Stewart, Brenda Runion and Vickie Stewart; her son-in-laws: Coy Bowling and Leroy Wilson; and the following brothers and sisters: Joe Stewart, Elmer Stewart, Lawton Stewart, Elbert Stewart, Hubert Stewart, Forester Stewart, Boyd Stewart, Jr., Elijah Stewart, Florence Riley, Roma Riley and Mallie Webb.
Zelda was a member of the Antipast Baptist Church.
Services will be held at 12:00 PM on Wednesday, November 15th at Britton Funeral Home in Manchester, KY, with Tip Smith and Jim Smith officiating. Burial will follow at the Martin Cemetery in Oneida, KY.
Visitation will be held 6:00 PM on Tuesday, November 14th at Britton Funeral Home in Manchester, KY.
