Roger Wayne Owens, age 69, of East Bernstadt, KY, passed away Thursday March 15th, 2018 at his home.
Roger is survived by one son Dwayne Owens and wife Lauri of Cincinnati, OH, two daughters Yolanda Douglas and husband Jerry, of East Bernstadt, KY, and Angie Arnold and husband Steve, of Mason, OH.
He is also survived by the following brothers and sisters: Charles Owens, Brookville, IN, Alex Owens, Felicity, OH, Douglas Owens, London,KY, Earl Owens, Wildcat, KY, William Owens, Beattyville, KY, Lucy Wilson, Jackson County, KY, Glenna Sizemore and Florence Roark, Manchester, KY, and Della Smith, of London, KY, as well as 8 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
Roger is preceded in death by his parents Daniel and Perlina Owens, these brothers and sisters: Anna Frazier, James Owens, Paul Owens, and Mary Catherine Owens.
The funeral service will be held 11 AM Sunday March 18th, 2018 at the Britton Funeral Home Chapel with William Owens officiating. Burial will follow in the Oscar Hornsby Cemetery at Laurel Creek.
Visitation will be after 6 PM Saturday at the Britton Funeral Home Chapel.
