Janice Josephine Davidson Swafford, 76, of Manchester, KY, passed away Tuesday, January 15th, at her home.
Janice was born on November 30, 1942, a daughter of the late Mae (Smallwood) and Roy Kenelm Smith.
Janice is survived by her husband, Clyde Swafford; her daughter, Tammy Jean Smith and husband Eddie of Manchester; and her two sons: Bruce Kelly Davidson of Valdosta, GA and Kenelm Wayne Davidson and wife Leann of Mt. Sterling.
She is also survived by 4 sisters: Janet Faye Smith of Manchester; Wanda Sue Clark and husband Virgil of London; Phyllis Sue Smith of London; and Patsy Lee Smith of Manchester; by 5 grandchildren: Leroy Davidson of Alabama, Justin Davidson and wife Jen of Alabama, Bruce Cody Davidson and wife Amanda of Manchester, Bradley Davidson and wife Kaitlyn of Manchester and Paul Davidson and wife Courtney of Manchester; and by 6 great grandchildren: Paul Davidson, Ramsey Davidson, Avery Davidson and Kara Davidson, and Liam and Skyla McNulty.
In addition to her parents, Janice was preceded in death by her brother, Paul Wayne Smith.
Services will be held at 2:00 PM on Friday, January 18th at Britton Funeral Home in Manchester, KY, with Kenny Smith officiating. Burial will follow at the Swafford Cemetery on Otter Creek.
Visitation will be held after 6:00 PM on Thursday, January 17th at Britton Funeral Home in Manchester, KY.
