Estill Mousie Thompson, 79, of Manchester passed away Thursday May 22nd, 2014 at the Baptist Health Hospital in Lexington.
He is survived by his daughter Teresa Tipton, Manchester, his son, Stevie Thompson, Manchester, and a special friend Ruby Raliegh.
He was a free mason.
He is also survived by the following grandchildren: Johnathon, Christopher, Nick, Brad, Chad, Derick, and Dwayne, as well as these great grandchildren: Crista, Emily, Jacob, Ashton, Carleigh, and Leyln.
He also leaves the following brothers and sisters: Mattie Martin and Catherine Eastwood, Las Vegas, NV, Vera Leever, St. Augustine, FL, and Lois Smith, London, KY.
He is preceded in death by his son Ralph Thompson, and these brothers and sisters: Ronnie Thompson, Junior Thompson, Mildred Young, Essie Thompson Ball, Eugene Thompson, and Charles Isaac Thompson.
The funeral service will be held 2 PM Friday at the Britton Funeral Home Chapel with Bobby Burchette and Mike Gibson officiating. Burial will follow in the Ball Cemetery at Sexton Creek. Visitation will be after 6 PM Friday at the Britton Funeral Home.
