She was born on Saturday, December 22, 1973 to Jimmie Smith and Magadline Collins Smith. She was a member of the Holiness Church.
She leaves to mourn her passing her sons: Jackie Nathaniel Bowling and Dalton Scott Bowling, her mom: Magadline Smith, her dad: Jimmie Smith and the father of her children: Jackie Bowling. Also surviving are the following brothers and sisters: Jimmy Wayne Smith, Ronnie Smith, Darin Smith, John Davis, Princess Henson, Jimmy Jr. Smith, Ed Joe Cobb, Ryan Smith, Johnathan Smith and Patrick Smith, these special nieces: Ashley Henson and Becky Henson, this special nephew: Jimmy Brandon Smith and a host of other nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
Funeral Services for Goldie Ellen Smith Bowling will be Thursday, October 15, 2015 at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Jimmy Wayne Smith and Rev. Anthony Lovett will be officiating. Burial will follow in the Collins Cemetery in the Bowling Branch Community.
Visitation will be after 6 PM on Wednesday at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel.
