Mrs. Mary Ann Sparks, 86, of Somerset, formerly of Clay County, passed away Monday, March 21st, 2016.
Mrs. Sparks is survived by her husband Gene Sparks of Somerset and these children; Corbett Gary Baker and wife Anita of Jeffersonville, Indiana, James Theo Baker and wife Phyllis of Clarksville, Indiana and Pamela Kay Johns and Husband Michael of Burkesville, Kentucky. She is also survived by two sisters; Lucy Bruce of North Carolina and Bonnie Perri of Michigan.
Also surviving are five grandchildren; Scotty Baker, Ty Baker, Dusty Baker, David Brewer and Tosha Soper and eight great grandchildren; Cullen Baker, Isaih Baker, Chandler Baker, Eli Baker, China Soper, Ian Underhill, Owen Brewer and Alana Brewer.
Mrs. Sparks is preceded in death by her parents Garrett and Sophie Claire Ponder Combs and these brothers and sisters; Virginia Combs, Katherine Combs, Rebecca Combs, Hazel Varie Combs and Will Combs.
A private memorial service for Mrs. Sparks will be held at a later date. Britton Funeral Home is assisting the family with the arrangements.
