Richard "Rick" Smith age 67 passed Saturday April 2, 2016 at the Hyden ARH Mary Breckenridge Hospital, Hyden, Ky.
Mr. Smith is survived by his children, Gary Lee Smith, Michael Anthony Smith of Manchester and Angela Sue Smith of Ohio. He is also survived his brother Ralph Lynn Smith, his sisters Martha Smith, Faye Bennett and Connie Brown all from Indiana. Six grandchildren also survive, Gary Lee Smith Jr., Michael Anthony Smith Jr., Allison Smith, Josh Thomas, Corine Thomas and Catherine Thomas.
Mr. Smith was preceded in death by his wife Roxanne Dawn Smith, his daughter Amy Lynn Smith and his parents Dave and Corine Hayden Smith.
Funeral services for Richard "Rick" Smith will be held at 2:00 PM Monday, April 4, 2016 at the Britton Funeral Home Chapel, with Brothers Scottie Sumner and John "Boo" Smith officiating. Burial will follow in the Mills Cemetery on Lockards Creek.
Visitation will be at 11:00 AM Monday, April, 4, 2016 at the Britton Funeral Home Chapel.
