Ms. Lucille Cody age 82 passed away Friday, October 21, 2016 at her home.
She is survived by her daughters Maggie Smith, husband Chris of Gooserock and Margie Hayes of Garrard. Also surviving are five grandchildren; Aaron Smith, Riley Smith, Dawn Hayes, Tracy Crafton and Timothy Hayes. Seven great grandchildren also survive.
Ms Cody was preceded in death by her mother Maggie Black Smith and her husband Enoch Cody.
Funeral services for Ms. Lucille Cody will be held 1 PM Monday, October 24, 2016 at the Britton Funeral Home Chapel, with Dean Lawson and Paul Stewart officiating. Burial will follow in the Cody Family Cemetery at Paces Creek.
Visitation will be 6 PM Sunday, October 23, 2016 at the Britton Funeral Home Chapel.
