Douglas Howard Hopkins, 70, of Manchester, KY, passed away Wednesday, February 5th, at the Hazard ARH Hospital.
Douglas was born in Coldiron, KY on May 22, 1949, a son of the late Opal Lee (Burchette) and John H. Hopkins.

Dillard had been a resident of Frankfort, KY. for the past 15 years previously living at Wooton, KY. By occupation he was retired from the Civil Service. He served honorably in the U.S. Marine Corp as a Corporal. He was a member of the Church of Christ. He enjoyed fishing, especially salt-water fishing & was an avid basketball fan.
